   3. 本公司承諾未來於取得當事人之個人資料前，先獲得該當事人的書面同意或其他符合個資法之方式，取得個人資料。
2. 個資(資料)利用及保護：
   本公司為提供完整商務業務資訊，將可能利用合法取得之個人資料與當事人聯絡，惟當事人有權利提出使用、更正、補充、刪除、銷毀個人資料之要求，或要求本公司停止使用。本公司承諾將採取適當之管理措施以維護所取得之個人資料的安全性。
3. 個人資料修改、停用與申訴管道：
   若當事人無意願再提供本公司處理或利用個人資料，可洽本公司/個資管理委員會進行資料修改或停用個人資料。
